We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer in Test (Sr. SDET) to join our Browse and Discovery Team. In this role you will ensure high quality and reliable results for our APIs and data pipelines, excelling testing and delivery process, automating workflows, and integrating testing with the development lifecycle. You will be a key member of the team responsible for building and maintaining a robust and scalable content platform, and for driving the continuous improvement of our testing and automation processes.
What you’ll be doing
· Design and develop automated framework for APIs and data pipelines
· Containerize and automate quality check for complex orchestrated services
· Build and maintain CI/CD workflows
· Collaborate with the development and data engineering teams to improve testing and release processes.
· Implement infrastructure as code using (CloudFormation/Terraform)
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to APIs, data pipelines, and automation
· Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform architecture and design

We’re excited if you have
· 7+ years of experience in Software testing and automation
· Expertise in Python or Java and familiarity with the other
· Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Gitlab runners, Travis CI, etc.
· Experience with Cloud platforms: AWS (preferred), GCP, Azure and containerisation and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes.
· Experience with infrastructure as code: Terraform or CloudFormation (AWS)
· Experience developing test plans and test cases
· Knowledge of Linux and Bash scripting
· Knowledge of monitoring tools such as DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
· Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent engineering experience
