Role: Team Member (Sales and Customer Service-Domestic Voice)
Job Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: Mon to Sun, 24*7-6 Days working; Rotational Shifts and week offs
Eligibility:
Qualification: - B.com, BA, BMS, BBA, BAF, BBI & BBM are eligible.
Minimum education should be 10+2 with 1 year of relevant experience.
NOT ELIGIBLE: - BE / B.Tech / BSC IT / BSC CS / MBA / MCA / BCA / MSC / BMM

Experience: 1 to 3 years experience in Domestic Voice process.
Hindi, Marathi, Gujrati, Tamil, Malayalam and Bengali good to know languages
Role Description:
Domain and Primary Requirement:
Strong prospecting & negotiation skills to Sell.
Selling to customer needs to maintain customer experience with the Brand
Customer Service Orientation and ability to handle customers questions with regards to product.
Good domain or product knowledge
Graduate with an exposure to telesales
Exposure to selling loans / credit cards / insurance in voice environment
Special:
Solicit orders for services or products over the telephone
Explain the product or service to potential customers
Deliver scripted sales pitch or adjust scripted pitch to meet the customer requirements
Follow up with customer post initial interaction
Handle customer questions & / or objections
Language skill in a permutations as desired from the business requirement (Hindi; English; Telegu; Tamil; Marathi; Kannada; Malayalam)
Criteria:
Candidates should not have more than 2 years of gap in Graduation or Employment
Candidates who have attended the interview process with TCS BPS in the last 6 months will not be eligible
Candidates should be comfortable working in Rotational/Night shifts
