- 2-3 years of experience in performance testing of Online/Batch applications
- Strong PT expertise in Non-Functional Requirement Collection & Validation, Performance Test Strategy and Plan development, Test Data preparation for NFT volumes, Scripting, Execution & Performance Analysis, Test Report Preparation
- Strong Proficiency in the load test tools like HP Performance Center or Neoload with experience on multiple protocols like Web (HTTP/HTML), Java over HTTP, Ajax and Web Services
- Publish Daily/Weekly PT status report with project stakeholders
- Participate in defect triage calls on performance defects and track them to closure
- Contribute to Performance Test Completion report
- Strong Analytical and Communication skills
