Process-Domestic voice (Collections)

Role-Team member 

Shift- Day shift.

Job Location: Bangalore

Job Description:

Previous collections / sales/verification background 
Proficiency in English is mandatory
Proficiency in Kannda /Tamil /Malayalam/ Panjabi/ language is added advantage

100% Outbound Voice calling role. 

Meet required productivity metrics, i.e. call Volume levels, Conversion 

Adaptable/ Flexible to dynamic business requirement.

Meet required criteria for call quality standards. 

Maintain customer relations with a high degree of internal and external customer service. 


Experience:

Graduate with 1 to 3 years with any collections experience can apply

Candidates not pursuing graduation with minimum of 18 Months experience can apply 

Candidates having experience inbound/outbound collections voice process will be an added advantage.

Proficiency in Malayalam /English/Kannada/Tamil language will be an added advantage.

Relieving letters from all the previous companies are mandatory.

Candidates who have attended the selection process in the last 6 months will not be eligible to apply again.

Must be willing to work 6 days of working Monday to Saturday


Interview Date: Monday & Tuesday (25th & 26th Sep 2017) 

Interview time: 11:00 am to 2:00 pm
