    Experience 0 to 5 Years in Knowledge on treasury services & Whole Sale Banking also Management implementation of treasury services.
    Process Overview:

    Managed Implementation Team - BACI team supports Treasury and Depository attributes that includes setup, maintenance & deletion of Treasury as well as Commercial & Large Corporate Card services through directly or through Operations team to meet /exceed client expectation. We handle Post Sale Implementation of various treasury products & documentation review for card products for all market segments. The team co-ordinates with Front Office and Back Office Operations partners to meet the Clients expectations.
    BACI Managed Implementation comprises of: 
    • Intake Specialist This role includes creation of packages as necessary, locating documents required & assignment of packages to onshore & offshore Implementation Advisors according to the scoping tool.
    • Middle Office Implementation Advisor This role supports in ensuring that the fulfillment of Treasury services takes place within the defined Client Target Date & notifying the end customer
    • Document Review Team DRT performs document review for a card setup. This includes reviewing of Credit Approval Document, Forms etc. Creates a product / facility and releases the deal to Implementation Engineer (IE)/ IPC & IE for implementation.
    • Document Review Ops Team DRT Ops team is responsible for setting up billing, credit limit, review date for the Card customers, they work closely with Implementation Engineers to ensure the correct set up is performed.

    Responsibilities 
    • The associate will report to an FLM
    • Understand, interpret and implement the instructions mentioned on Treasury requests sent by sales
    • Manage regular conversations through emails & online chats with onshore & offshore teams 
    • Provide resolution to the status requests and queries from internal customers
    • Deliver and manage individual targets and contribute towards process metrics
    Required Skills:
    • Good communication 
    • Good hold on MS Office 
    • Understanding of treasury products
