Job Location: Hyderabad

Probation Period: 3 months

Salary: INR 3 LPA to INR 4 LPA

Job Description and Skill set Required :
- Work experience in Business Development/inbound sales/marketing would be an added advantage.
- Good written & oral communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint.
- Knowledge about sales planning & cycle.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Background about Indian e-commerce/e-tail industry & digital marketing a plus.

Responsibilities :
- Identifying new sales leads
- Researching Small Business and Brands online to identify new leads.
- Identify new leads from Social Media, Ecommerce Seller forums, Quora, etc.
- Pitching about Cartalyst products & services
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Following up with potential clients and understanding customer requirements.
- Developing quotes and proposals
- In-bound Sales
- Manage contacts from warm leads from ecommerce sellers on Amazon & Flipkart.
- Pitch about Cartalyst services and convert them.
- Manage Social Media presence for Cartalyst and build brand awareness.
- Attending conferences, etail/retail exhibitions, and industry events (limited to 5% of time)
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Analyze data trends, develop solid strategic sales plans, and prepare and conduct
- strategic pitches and sales presentations.
