We are recruiting for "Technical Support Representative" role .Please walk-in for interview to our recruitment center.
Job Title : Technical Support Representative - Voice Process
Job Location : Hyderabad
Experience range : 0 to 2.6 yrs.
Job Description:
1. Troubleshooting Hardware/Networking/OS related queries of our global customers Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
2. Take calls from Global customers and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally
3. Deal with a wide range of products using a powerful information database
4. Provide remote solutions to problems, probe problems and explain the solution in such a way that non-technical users understand.
5. Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
6. Good Communication skills is required.
Qualification:
BE, B-Tech ,MCA & graduates in any discipline, minimum 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 , 10+3(Diploma)+3(BE) are Eligible.
Any 15 years of regular graduates can apply except (10+2 , 10+Diploma ,10+2+Diploma holders are NOT eligible)
