- Responsibilities:
1. Should proactively assist in closing service tickets related to software.- Should estimate efforts required to close issues and deliver solution in agreed time frame.
3. Should be able to interact with the stakeholders independently to understand the issues and get the same resolved through the team.
4. Should develop and maintain records of documentations, code changes etc. made for solving issues of different customers.
5. Participate in technical discussions/meetings with the client as and when required.
6. Analyze and resolve technical and application problems/incidents/issues reported by customers.
7. Should interact with the product development team with RCA useful for product development team.
Skills/Expertise:-
Fresher BE/Btech/MCA/BCA, BSC Computers Graduate.
Strong analytical/Logical/ written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
Systems knowledge and familiarity.
Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-tasking.
Knowledge of MVC,Asp.net, C#, SQL Server, Oracle, JQuery, JSon etc. are mantadory.
Any Certification will be highly preferred.
Should be proficient in relevant computer software.
