Educational Qualification: B.Sc (CSE or IT) / BCA 2016 Graduates can apply.

Job Criteria: 
Handling US customers and troubleshooting their technical queries
Completely involved in troubleshooting technical problems
Basic domain knowledge in networking concepts
Must have excellent WRITTEN AND VERBAL ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS
