Below are the Job Details;
Requirement:
Undergraduates (HSC Passed) + 6 months of BPO Voice
Freshers
Graduates with BPO voice experience
Experience- 0-4 years
Must Skills:
Good Communication Skills
Ability to Speak Fluently
Verbal Grammar
Absence of Mother Tongue Interference
Basic Understanding of Customer Service
Ability to Work in Teams
Role:
Candidates have to solve customer queries via calls and emails.
Customer queries will be related- Learning, Finance & HR related queries.
Must skill: Excellent communication skills
Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts (Transport Provided)

Education Documents: -Degree Certificate with mark sheets (all semesters/ consolidated)*

3. Last 3 months pay slips.
