There are some specific benefits to Women employees in Government Naukri in India

Article 14 of constitution of India says the there will be no discrimination based on  sex, caste, religion etc.  Article 14 also takes into consideration the fact that not all laws must be generic in nature and not same laws are applicable to all persons. Hence, it has the provision of treating different individuals differently if circumstances demand so. • Change of cadre in case of marriage of all India service officers.
• Preferential allotment of Government Hostels and House for women employees.
• Special committees in all Government departments for sexual harassment cases
• Now women also allowed in combatants posting Armed Forces.
• Special battalions of women in Armed Forces
• No night duty for female staff.
